Virtual After School at the Anchorage Museum: Renewable Energy
3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Tuesdays, February 2, 9, 16 and 23
$40; members receive 10% discount.
Investigate renewable energy through different topics and hands-on activities in this four-week virtual program. Use hydraulics, circuitry and aerodynamics to engineer a working prototype of a wind turbine and gain confidence in STEM skills, communication, and teamwork.
For 6th-8th grade students. Each participant receives a kit with all materials included. Each session meets virtually on Zoom for two hours. Registration is for all 4 weeks.
