Urban Harvest: Salmon Preservation

Catch 49 and Chef Natalie Janicka of Twisted Spruce Kitchen will teach proper salmon processing and preservation techniques for delicious holiday dishes.

This class is $25 + $40 materials fee, reflected in the price. Please bring a tray for transporting your gravlax (a 9x13" baking dish works great), cutting board and sharp knife, needle nose pliers and a bag for toting your bounty home.
