Urban Harvest: Growing and Cooking with Grow North Farms

In Person (ADULT + MATERIALS FEE): The small group is limited to 15 participants and meets at Grow North Farms for a tour and cooking demonstration. Registration includes a box of produce filled with the vegetables you’ll need to make the special dish. Also included: a pre-order for the forthcoming RAIS cookbook of recipes from around the world adapted to use Alaskan ingredients.
