Explore It: Growth
Ages 7-9
Investigate the ideas of growth in the North during this weeklong camp for curious scientists. Explore the growth behind things both large and small, from mountains and glaciers to plants and bacteria. Discover how people in Alaska and the North have used plants in the past and how plants are used today, then create works of art inspired by the findings. The week culminates with a presentation of the campers’ creations.
Camp begins on the above date and runs through the immediate Friday.
NOTICE: Campers must submit a completed Health History Form in order to participate in the camp. Health History Forms can brought with campers the first day of camp, or submitted by email to camps@anchoragemuseum.org
